You are a foreigner who marries Indonesian women and your baby born in here, what you have to know and prepare if you would like your child has a limited stay permit card. Please note that the whole process has to be started soon after your baby just born.
Document needed:
• Copy of the marriage certificate
• Copy of the children's birth certificates
• Copy of children's passport
• Passport sized photographs (4 x 6 = 12 pcs, 3 x 4 = 4 pcs, 2 x 3 = 4 pcs)
• Copy of the family register
• Copy of mother's identity card
• Copy of father's passport complete with copy of the visa
Procedure:
1. Birth certificate need to be applied in the civil registration office.
2. After that, you must report to immigration within maximum 60 days from the date of birth.
3. Then process your baby's passport in consulate in Indonesia.
Baby's birth certificate and report to immigration we could help to manage as well.
As soon we will start to process KITAS. This process can take up to 30 days. Then you will get the following documents:
1. KITAS, limited stay permit card.
2. Blue book, control book from immigration.
3. Yellow book, certificate from the police.
4. STM, report certificate from the police
The above documents are valid for one (1) year.
Going out of Indonesia has the same procedure as the other KITAS holder above.
• Exit Permit Only, EPO. Only apply if you want to stop your KITAS.
